Georgetown College men's cross country season came to a close Saturday afternoon in Portsmouth, Ohio. The Tigers finished fifth out of eight in the Mid-South Conference meet.

Jacob Hanser led the charge, finishing 19th out of 74 runners in a time of 28 minutes 16 seconds. Right on his heels was teammate Austin Snider in 28:23 for 20th.

The team as a whole completed the 8,000-meter course in 32:15. The scoring runners were all done in 30:25.

Nickolas Slucher ran a 29:08, Sam Heaton a 29:43 and Grant Carr a 30:25.
