WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – Chanel Roberts won the shot put event for the Lindsey Wilson women's outdoor track and field team on Saturday at the University of the Cumberlands Invitational.

Roberts topped the field of 34 competitors with her distance of 13.33 meters, beating out the second-place distance of 12.75 meters. Her effort was good enough for a national "B" standard.
