MARION, Ind. -- Lindsey Wilson College sophomore Sharon Ronoh broke a school record and earned NAIA All-American honors on Thursday at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the Indiana Wesleyan University Track Complex.

Ronoh finished fourth in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 35 minutes and 37.41 seconds to earn All-American honors -- reserved for the top six finishers.

Her time eclipsed her own previous school record of 36:29.89 by nearly a minute. Ronoh's time also bested the 2010 national champion by 40 seconds.
