Georgetown College men's and women's track and field teams came out blazing in this past weekend's Mount St. Joseph meet. Both teams finished second out of seven teams in their respective fields.

The women finished 44 points behind the host school, but edge competitors such as Transylvania, Thomas More, Northern Kentucky, Indiana East and St. Catharine. The Tigers posted 120 points behind solid finishes all day.

The men finished 38.5 points behind Mount St. Joseph with 134.5 points. The Tigers also beat Transylvania, Thomas More, Northern Kentucky, Indiana East and St. Catharine.
